Our Cienna jewelry pieces are guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or failed repair attempts
• Purchases made through online auction sites or unauthorized resellers

Important Details:

• We do not offer repair services for jewelry. However, we will replace your item if it is still available or provide a replacement of equal or lesser value.
• Lost jewelry is not covered under this warranty, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our jewelry may naturally tarnish over time but can be easily restored with proper cleaning.
